How we work with you
Our Process From Start To Finish.
Getting started
Our process starts with you showing interest in an online property listing. Once interest is confirmed, you will be sent a link to complete a less than 1 minute pre-screen.
Communication
Our Community Relations Manager will reply to direct message sent via our Property Management System (PMS) and answer any questions you may have regarding the property.
Tour
You will have the opportunity to tour the property, which will take place after a date and time is confirmed between you and our team.
Apply
Once you are ready to proceed, you be invited to complete an online application through our PMS. The application will include the following: criminal background check, credit history and score, evictions report, renter's history, references, and work verification.
Lease Agreement
Once all parties are ready to proceed, you will need to sign the lease agreement.
Payment
Initial deposits will be required to secure the property. Both deposits and monthly rent payments will be paid through our online PMS, via ACH or Credit Card. You will have access to your payment records via our online PMS.
Ongoing Communication
Questions that may arise for the duration of your lease, along with any maintenance requests, will be completed through our online PMS. Any communication from our team to you, as the tenant, will also take place online through our PMS.
